The oyster bar, a concept constantly gaining in popularity!

It is always nice to taste seafood when you go to the South of France (or even when you live there). This is why we have selected the best oyster bars in Marseille for iodine tasting lovers. Fresh, seasonal and quality products, that's what awaits you in the restaurants to follow. Stop searching for the place where you will taste your oysters, here they are.  Oyster bars, seafood and shellfish stalls, places to live... Here are all the good addresses to stop being fooled and finally enjoy seafood, shellfish and crustaceans!

1. Pierrot Coquillage

This is our favorite oyster bar in Marseille! Pierrot Coquillage is THE reference for seafood in Marseille. If you are passing through the Phocaean city it is here that you will find fresh and quality products!

The best oysters are at Pierrot Coquillages: Gillardeau oysters, Marennes d'Oléron oysters, Bouzigues oysters and Normandy oysters are present and will delight you.

You will find oysters to savour during the season (from September to May) at the kiosk, in the restaurant and you also have the possibility to enjoy them at home by having them delivered to you.

2. Le repaire de la poissonnerie

In the heights of Marseille is the oyster bar "Le repaire de la poissonnerie". The concept: eat oysters the right way, no fancy manners! In a warm place you can order your seafood trays to take away or on site according to your wishes.

And for those who don't like seafood, the brand will delight you with tapas, cheese planchas or brushettas.
