Go hiking in Marseille, Aix and the surrounding area
The Aix region and its surroundings offer superb natural landscapes. There are many hiking trails in Marseille to discover the city's hidden secrets. Successions of coves and creeks, the calanques of Marseille offer you about twenty kilometres of peaceful stroll along the coast. A little further east, the botanical garden and pebble beaches make La Ciotat a very pleasant place to relax. Bandol is also a city very appreciated for its wine-growing culture and its superb coast. We recommend that if you do these tours in summer, you bring good walking shoes, caps and water bottles.
